Karina Ilyina, a graduate of the Department, shared her professional experience of working with students as part of the course “Factors of Successful Employment in One’s Field”

On September 28, 2026, Karina Ilyina, a graduate of the Department and former head of the Art History Student Club, shared her professional experience of working at a school with students as part of the course “Factors of Successful Employment in One’s Field.” Our guest spoke not only about the specific aspects of working as a teacher, but also about real opportunities for professional growth, creative self-realization, and implementing one’s own initiatives in work with students. It was especially rewarding to hear that her studies at the Faculty of History helped Karina adapt to her professional role. In particular, she emphasized the importance of the knowledge and skills she gained during the course “Methods of Teaching History at School,” taught by V. Yu. Ivashchenko. Her experience in the Art History Student Club also became an important source of ideas, creative approaches, and various forms of activity that she continues to use and develop in the school environment. Our guest’s presentation, optimism, and creative energy sparked lively interest and many questions from the students.

We sincerely thank Karina Ilyina for the open conversation and for her willingness to share her professional experience with our students!
