Participation in the International Seminar "Actualization Cultural Heritage and Sustainable Tourism"
Head of the Department of Historiography, Source Studies, and Archeology of the V.N.Karazin Kharkiv National University, Head of the CityFace Project, Doctor of Sciences, prof. S.I.Posokhov and associate professor of the Department, Deputy Head of the Project, Ph.D. Ye.S.Rachkov participated in the International Seminar "Actualization Cultural Heritage and Sustainable Tourism" (September 18, 2019, Kharkiv), which was held within the framework of the European Heritage Days in Kharkiv.
Ye.S.Rachkov made the report: "Problems of Actualization of Cultural Heritage: on the goals and methodology of the CityFace Scientific Project". The seminar was organized by the Department of International Cooperation of Kharkiv City Council, the Tourist Information Center, and the Scientific and Methodological Center for the Development of Museum and Monument Studies of the KSU "People's Ukrainian Academy". The seminar was supported by the project "CityFace: Practices of the Self-Representation of Multinational Cities in the Industrial and Post-Industrial Era".
