​Participation in the Meeting of the Presidium of the National Union of Local Historians of Ukraine

On July 13, 2026, a meeting of the Presidium of the National Union of Local Historians of Ukraine took place in Kyiv on the premises of the National Museum of Folk Architecture and Life of Ukraine. The event was dedicated to the 111th anniversary of the birth of the devotee of Ukrainian local history, the first chairman of the Union, Hero of Ukraine, Honorary Doctor and the first chairman of the Supervisory Board of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Academician Petro Tronko (1915–2011).

The meeting was attended by a lecturer of the Department of Historiography, Heritage Studies, and Archaeology Olha Vovk – a member of the Union’s Presidium and head of the Kharkiv branch of the Union.
