The staff of the Department of Historiography, Source Studies, and Archaeology sincerely congratulates colleagues who have devoted themselves to archival work and archival studies on this professional holiday. We wish you peace, well-being, inexhaustible creative inspiration, and new professional achievements. May every archival document find its dedicated custodian and grateful user.

In the current circumstances, when Ukraine is suffering from war, employees of archival institutions face an exceptionally challenging task - ensuring the proper protection of the archival holdings for the sake of the country’s further development. The Department of Historiography, Source Studies, and Archaeology maintains close ties with archival institutions at the central, local, and departmental levels, both state- and municipally owned. We are proud that many of our graduates worthily uphold the high professional title of archivist.
