Summer Local History Internship Begins

On June 28, 2024, the summer local history internship for third-year students of the Faculty of History at Karazin University commenced. The internship is supervised by Professor Sergiy Posokhov, Head of the Department of Historiography, Source Studies, and Archaeology, and Professor Sergiy Kudelko. The internship is traditionally based at the University’s P.T.Tronko Center for Ukrainian Studies and Local History, with Candidate of Historical Sciences Olha Vovk serving as the internship base supervisor.

On the first day, students met with their supervisors. During the meeting, essential instructions were provided, organizational matters were discussed, information about the schedule and structure of the internship was shared, various forms and types of creative assignments were outlined, and the requirements for reporting documentation were specified.
