Meeting of the student scientific archaeology club

On November 30, 2022, a meeting of the student scientific archaeology club was held. The topic of the meeting was "Archaeological ceramics and pottery of the ancient population of Ukraine". Candidate of Historical Sciences Kostyantyn Yuriyovich Pelyashenko was an invited guest of the archaeology club. He told the audience about ancient ceramics, traced the development of its forms, paid attention to the peculiarities of manufacture and ornamentation, characterized modern methods and problems of studying ancient ceramic products. In addition to the report, a debate took place within the meeting. In total, 29 participants were present at the meeting of the archaeology club, including 14 first-year students, as well as graduate students, experienced archaeologists, employees of the Museum of Archeology of the Karazin University.
